Our consignment program can help you find new homes for all the high-quality maternity and nursing wear you no longer need. Each month you'll get paid 40% of the sale price of your sold items directly into your bank account. Easy right?

Simply make an appointment to post in your clothing using the form below and select your best items and send them to us. At your appointment, we will let you know what we want to sell in the store. We know our customers very well and only take what they will love!

  • We are always looking for clothing from reputable brands, particularly local, independent labels.
  • From late February to mid-August, we accept Autumn/Winter clothes. From late August to mid-January, we accept Spring/Summer clothes. These dates are flexible to account for the weather and what customers are looking for.
  • We stock maternity and nursing wear in all sizes.
  • We accept swimwear designed for maternity and nursing.
  • We do not accept nursing bras unless they are brand new with tags attached. 
  • We accept books about parenting specific topics. Books must be in excellent condition, free of damage.
  • We do not accept garments that have stains, damage, or appear dirty. Rule of thumb is if you wouldn't buy, please don't send it.
  • We accept fabric baby carries and slings in new condition. 
  • We do not accept equipment like cots or prams. We do not accept toys. 
  • Items are kept on our website for 8 weeks at full price, then discounted by up to 50%. Any items that have not sold after 10 weeks can be returned to you at your expense or donated to charity.

Post consignments will not be accepted in person.

OTHER INFORMATION

We can only look at an absolute maximum of 50 items per appointment, so please select your best items, suitable for the current season. Make sure the items you'd like to consign are included in our accepted brands list and a freshly washed and free of stains, holes, and tears. If you would like to send us photographs before sending the items to us, feel free to email them to us. If you need more information, please contact us.
Please note we are not able to return unsuitable or unsold items, so anything we do not accept will be they donated to charity. 
Once we receive your parcel, we'll sort through your items, let you know what we'll take and add them to our system. You will receive your Inventory List via email once this has been completed.

To send in your items please select the day you intend to post your package below and book it into our system, so we know it is on its way. We highly recommend making a note of the tracking details as Stella has a Baby bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
